Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they remain undamaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, our concierge team will contact you to schedule a professional pickup; for smaller decor, simply print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
