Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces or handcrafted items, delivery may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Omakase ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support global shipping in the near future.
How can I track my furniture delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For white-glove furniture deliveries, our carrier will contact you directly to schedule a specific arrival window.
